Conscious cacao circles
Cacao called me to study with her, to truly experience this ancestral tradition. Discovering her
message to understand how the medicine works, in order to share with others. I started in the
beginning of 2024 with the teachings of this Mayan lineage of Yokot’an - Miahuatlan. Later that
lifechanging year, I found a way to learn physicaly from the Mayan leader of this community
‘Grandfather Efrén’. Mayan priest and 11th generation guardian of the sacred cacao plantations.
As student and ‘colibri’/messenger of these teachings, I love to guide a cacao circle with all my
heart honoring these ancient ways so you can expierence them yourself in a safe space.
Spreading awareness while drinking this ancient drink. To protect & respect her wisdom as
they were given to this earth as a gift.
Passed on thousands and thousands of years, from the Olmecs to the Mayan civilazation, now
protected by only a few guardians left.

Hi, my name is Carolina. Survivor, dedicated student of
life, moondancer & sacred pipe carrier since 2019. A
colibri of the sacred cacao, voice-liberation practitioner
& awareness practitioner. My work is rooted in deep
reverence for the sacred and the healing of the mind,
body, and spirit.
- With 10 years of experience of coaching & guiding in
good practice organizations, I felt a profound call to
combine my studies in special education, lived
experiences, and spiritual awareness. This in order to
offer tools I truly believe in: body-somatic work, sound
healing, introspective exercises, and ancestral practices to
foster spiritual connection.
